Today during our online PSHE lesson, Y6 students had to research some Paralympians for London 2012 Paralympics and then design a poster/fact-file about them. Here are just some examples:

As part of Armistice Day, Y6 learnt about what the day is in aid of, held a 2 minute silence and created some fantastic art work, taking poppies as their inspiration

Today Y3-Y6 have had their first Spanish celebration day! We have learnt all about numbers, fruits, food, phrases and Semana Santa. Our favourite part by far was tasting all of the delicious Spanish foods!

Today we gave our first certificates this year. We are very proud of all our children in Y6, however we chose A.J. and Mariama for excellent behaviour this week and James and Marcel for showing great resilience in their learning.

Y6 discovered a mystery coat this week in Y6 Sirius’s classroom. It was a brown, thick fur one and upon inspection appeared to have some writing in another language on the inside and contained some strange polaroid photos inside the pockets. They did a fantastic job at writing predictions about …
