Year 3

Welcome to Year 3!

Here’s some information to help you get organised:

· In the morning – please line up outside the Year 3 door at 8:30am where Mr Garbutt and Miss Fleet. Try not to be late as this can be unsettling for your child.

· At home time – please wait on the yard for your child. They will need the permission of the teacher to come to you so please do not shout them and have your PASSWORD ready just in case!

· Please could you help us by making make sure that your child wears the school uniform every day and all items of clothing are named.

· Children should also bring their own water bottle to school – again please name this so it doesn’t get lost.

· Free breakfasts are available in the canteen every morning from 8.00am. You need to book a place for your child if you would like them to attend.

· Please send your child to school dressed in the school PE kit on WEDNESDAYS and FRIDAYS. We will not be changing for PE in Year 3.

· If your child has a Read Write Inc book, please make sure it is sent back to school when they bring another one home – this is so we can re-use them.
