If you have a problem concerning your child, please make an appointment to see the class teacher at the earliest opportunity.
If at any time a parent or a member of the local community wishes to raise a concern about some aspect of the school, they should contact the school and make an appointment to see the Principal. They will be happy to listen to the nature of the complaint and try to resolve any difficulties.
If your concern is still unresolved, the Trust has drawn up a document for complaints procedures.
